I use this app, Photo Transfer and it works like a charm transferring photos from the iPhone and iPad to the computer and from the computer to the iPad and iPhone. It works either over a Wifi connected or with bluetooth. I can’t imagine an easier way to do it. The application costs $2.99 and is more than worth every penny in my opinion. It’s one of the best apps out there I think.

Hi i hope i can help with my little knowledge:
1. Connect your ipad to itunes.
2. Then drag the pictures from your pc to your itunes at the left side under librar column, you cannotice if it is acceptable if you can see + sign highlighted.
3. Then click your account (like your ipad name) then search the photos tab.
4. Under photo tab check the box beside sync photos.
5. Then after that at the bottom youcan see Sync then click.. And thats it ( sorry english is not my mother toungue).

You should be able to do so via iTunes. Make sure your photos are located in your user/Photo folder. I believe thats where iTunes looks by default.

You have to choose either a single folder to sync .
What I did was create a folder named “marks iTunes photos” then drag /drop the photos I want on my Ipad to that folder, then under sync chose that folder to sync.
I find that on the internet How to transfer photo/pictures from iPad to PC,which help me solve my problem.
Hope that help you too.
