Is Music Magpie a scam?

I am thinking of using them to get some money I have a valuation I’m happy with. Are they a scam though?

YES… they are quick to pick up then they dont pay up iv been waiting for over 1 month now after phone call after phone call i wont be using them again THINK TWICE B4 U USE THEM .
