What is this black bar at the bottom of my screen?

There is a thick, black bar going across the bottom of the Fluther website. It isn’t appearing on other webpages for me. Is this something wrong with my computer/browser… or is this a glitch from Fluther?

That happens sometimes to me as well.

Resizing the window usually fixes it.

This occasionally happens to me on Chrome 12 for Mac when I download a file and switch to another tab. It isn’t Fluther. I’ve seen it happen on a number of sites.
