Where can I view Spanish TV shows? (Er, not novelas)

I’m in Canada. Anything like Hulu in Spain that foreigners can watch too?

And, you tried Univision and Telemundo? They both say they have complete episodes available online. I would think anywhere in North America would have access. Or, was it because you have Apple, and could not play Flash Payer maybe?
