Does anyone know what could've caused this reaction?

I was just getting some water for my plants when all of a sudden I felt a spasm like feeling in my throat going as far as my collar bone. It didn’t hurt or anything and I could still breath but suddenly I felt like I was going to black out?
Has anyone ever felt this and knows what it is or why a spasm may make me almost faint?
