What does it mean to be dreaming about your ex ?

In my case it means that I am mentally trying to re-write reality.

I think you need to understand that dreams are your projection upon the world. They are not a mystic portal to the future nor are they a sign of destiny.

No. It only means that you’re not over him. A dream is only about what is going on in your head, not what’s in other people’s heads. Now, if he dreams about you, then it means he thinks about you.

You two shared a lot in the past. The brain doesn’t get over it that easy.

People do not have mind powers. He can’t project his thoughts into your brain. The thoughts in your dream are yours and only yours. It means you are trying to get past him, and you still have work to do. Stop the wishful and magical thinking.

Left over feelings & unresolved issues. If the relationship went on for an extended period of time it is to be expected that you would still think about this person on some level & frequently if you are thinking about someone, you will also dream about them.
