I’ve been getting about 10–20 calls every day from some number in Kenya. Finally, I get a text after 6 months of harassment phone calls and hangups. The text is as follows:

I tried on a few of the “free” translation & dictionary sites. None of the words were coming up.
My guess, unless you have some business in Kenya, his is a scam. If you’re not on the do not call list you should register. If you are on it, file a violation.
Here’s a free somali dictionary on this one, it appears some words do come up. It also appears as though some of the spaces aren’t quite right from your text.

Hmmm… Yeah, I figured it was a scam and continued to hang up. I even went to measures to answer the call and continue to slowly say “Stop Calling”... I had my boss yell at them in French because they almost sounded french in one call. Finally I just had my phone carrier block all international calls. Good Riddance.
