Do you know of a good, free pdf editor?

I need to edit some pdfs (highlight text), insert comments etc. I have looked for a free pdf editor before but didn’t find one I liked. Anyone got a favourite that works well?

My recommendation is FreePDF. You can use any word processor you want and then simply “print” to a PDF file via a virtual printer.
