Who covered the "Popeye the Sailorman" theme?

My friend thinks it’s MxPx, but I’m not positive.

There seems to be some confusion over who did this cover. A punk band called Face to Face is credited on the album Saturday Morning: Cartoons’ Greatest Hits (I had that album). However, I’m seeing a lot of people on YouTube claim that it’s the work of MxPx, in part because they do their own cover of Popeye at concerts (I’m not certain if it was ever released on any of their albums though).
Given the commercial success of the aforementioned album, I would say it was Face to Face but I can’t be 100% certain.
