What would be the baking time for a mini loaf?

Depends on the size. But after you put them in the oven you could take a tooth-pick and use it to prick it. When you see it won’t stick then let it a few more minutes.

Or just watch on the colour.

I think it would take about 30 to 35 minutes as a guess. Do you use a toothpick to check to see if it’s done?
