What can you do about this type of plagiarism?

I just discovered this on flappon.
This is the exact copy of a question @sophiesword asked a while ago.
The funny thing is, not only is the question exactly the same but the description has been copy-pasted. I won’t go into what this says about the plagiarer(?) but it’s disrespectful to the original posters original idea and thought.
I assume this happens often between these QA sites. What can you do about it though?

Uhg, there waas that fucking idot asking why we didn’t use that site. There’s also askfromoctopus which is pulling our questions. I fucking hae those people, we trolled askfromoctopus, lets go troll flappon. I know I am.
Perhaps ask this guy if this is how his boss directed him to bring traffic to flappon since he is apparently an employee of the company.

Other sites have scraped the RSS feeds and everone seemed OK with it as long as they linked to Fluther. But this is just fucked up.

There is someone that I know who regularly steals my questions from another Q&A. He is a sad lonely man. He teased me about it many times. LOL I do not care. He was banned from the site so this gives his warped mind pleasure.
We use to exchange emails and I told him I do not care.
He hates me because I am not an Ultra Conservative. This makes me laugh because I am secure in my beliefs. They are not based on rhetoric bullshit as his are. He is blissfully ignorant beyond belief.

I was just amused by this until one of my Fluther questions was copied… grr. But now I respect Darren too, for manning up and apologizing. I might give that site a chance now.
