(NSFW) Is it true that most teen guys won't resist free 'favors' from their friends?

I’ve come across some questions where the OPs, usually teenagers, was wondering if they (including LGBT) can give ‘favors’ to their male friends, just friends, maybe with a bit unapproved-infatuation.

Most of the responders said that it’s OK to do that since most of them they’ve experienced such situation and pretty sure about this particular tendency. they were posted in US site.

While most of us know that teenage-period is the time when boys are exploring and haunted by raging hormones it could also be suspected that not every boys willing to that (religion influences, lower self-esteem, etc). So, if we talking about the majority, do you personally believe that is true? Or have ever witnessed such Phenomenon?
