If you sneeze with your eyes open will your eyeballs pop out?

You would think they would. It seems logical. Actually, they blow out through your nose. One out of each nostril. Weird.

And to actually answer your question. No, you remain intact if you sneeze with your eyes open. I do it all the time.

i guess the eye closing is just a natural reflex, you sneeze because there is dust in the air, when you sneeze you close your eyes to prevent the dust from comming into your eyes, why do you think we have eyelashes?

I’ve sneezed with my eyes open before. I have to hold them and point them around now, which makes typing quite hard. (Seriously though, the sneezing myth is just that. Myth.)
