Why is Firefox not letting me return to previously opened tabs?

Asked by mkallenhi (5points) September 1st, 2011

I can open new tabs in Firefox, but it won’t let me return to the previously opened tabs. I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox. I still have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From a forum somewhere: “Yes, Firefox 4 will now always save your tabs, and you can restore them next time by choosing “Restore Previous Session” from the History menu, or press the big Restore button on Firefox’s default home page.

If you’d like Firefox to ask whether to save tabs when you quit (like in previous versions), you can do that by typing “about:config” into the location bar and changing some settings: http://blog.zpao.com/post/3174360617/about-that-quit-dialog"

I hope you talk about Firefox 4, otherwise I don’t know whether this works.

I’m using Firefox 6.0.1 and I don’t have that trouble.

What version are you using?
