Which of these themes dominates your temperament and personality?
Looking over the fluther community I see glimpses of how different jellies are wired in their personalities and temperaments. I have been fascinated for years with a recognition someone shared with me about four dominant directions that people seem to be wired to. It sounds unusual, but I sure have seen it played out in myself and those around me. It almost seems like each of us was put on the planet to feed into it something that furthers the needs of humanity through one or a combination of central themes. These themes are widely enveloped into people who are on the planet to do business – they get things done. Then there is another type that everybody loves being around because they bring them peace. These peaceful people are sometimes quite laid back. People come to them to talk things over. Then there are the artsy types – the whole scope, everything sensitive and creative you can think of that even includes their innermost beings themselves. Lastly there are the comedians of life. These people thrive on good times and entertaining others. So….are you (1) someone who takes care of business, (2) a peaceful go-to person, (3) sensitive and creative or (4) a real fun lover. Or are you a combination of one or more of these big aspects of life?

I am, as most people are, a combination of all of those.

I’m an observer, for the most part.
All of the above. I think my professional persona is a blend of 1 and 3; my true self is predominantly 3; my goal is be more of a 4; and I have a smattering of 2 recognizable in everything I do. Then there is the dark side, and you don’t have enough numbers here to label that!
All 4. Depends on what is needed at the moment or for the occasion or situation. #4 is the hardest to count on.
All the above. Sorry, but these things don’t do much. It’s another form of astrology. “Are ones and threes compatible?” Lol.
I know I don’t come across this way on Fluther, but I’d say I’m 50% #3, 25% #2, and 12.5% #1 and #4 .
Combo plate here, I have typed out consistently with both the ENTP extraverted, intuitive, thinking, perceiving type and the Enneagram #7 ” The Enthusiast” with the 8 wing of the Leader.
I am gregarious, creative, entrepreneurishly inclined, social, humorus to a fault and free spirited.
The down side is I am prone to lack of discipline and tend towards gluttony as my “sin.”
I’ve long ago accepted I inhabit a rather gray area. haha
I can live with that, all in all I’m a pretty good egg. :-)
I’d say I’m predominantly a 3 but happenstance pushes me into the 1 category.

40 percent of # 1, 40 percent of # 2, 10 percent of # 3, and 10 percent of # 4.
Maybe three, but more for the sensitive part. I’m not really creative, but I am sensitive, although it probably doesn’t appear as such on here, or in my offline life. But I wouldn’t say that this trait is a leading point, and I can’t really attribute myself to any of the others.
I am peaceful, but that’s just because I don’t want any hassle.
