How do you travel in Europe with a disability?

For all the Fluthers in London especially and other travelers. My husband is in a wheelchair. He can maneuver steps with crutches. We’re planning to go to Ireland and London in May and we need good ideas for places we can see that are assessable for disabled people.

We’ve been told to stay away from the Tube and that it would be best to go on a tour with a group. We would love to keep it local and budget minded.
