Anyway, your headline question doesn’t exactly make sense. Keywords don’t rank in the Google SERPs, websites do. They rank for the keywords in the query based on relevance.

But for the second part of your question, you could use the Mozrank toolbar, pagerank toolbar, seorush, seoquake, or many of the others you’d find by typing in “SEO toolbars” into Google
