Wouldn't it be super cool and professional if all moderators wore Fluther t-shirts for their profile picture?
I think it’d add a really cool flair as to who are moderators on Fluther. Furthermore, most moderators/managers have really great constructive answers and they serve for great examples. Just an idea, what do you think?

To be honest, I don’t want something defining me as a moderator on my avatar. We are members too, believe it or not, and want to interact in the community as normal members just like any of you. When we act as mods, we put a [mod says] and proceed with our duty. If we are defined as moderators all the time, we might have to put [posting as a member] every time we weren’t acting as a mod, and I wouldn’t want to do that because we are members first and foremost, who are volunteering as moderators, so our default should be normal member status, and we should notify when we are acting as mods. I’m fine with being on the list and it saying I’m a moderator on my profile, because I am, and I’m grateful and proud to be one, and I understand that we may be under more scrutiny when we post, but I started as a normal jelly and I like being one still.

@SuperMouse, they do. But you don’t have to wear it—it’s ok. It only comes in long-sleeve, and it’s a little lumpy because it’s a mouse size L.

I think if I put up my picture with a jelly shirt on, there would be an earthquake in San Francisco that would swallow up the fluther servers. And no, it wouldn’t all be due to the size of my stomach, but that would be a significant part of it.
