Is there a "gay agenda"?

As I’m “trollin’ the internetz”, I see a lot of conservative rhetoric about a gay agenda. Apparently the gays are in our face, trying to force it on our kids in school by teaching them about it, having parades, and wanting their own month.
What do you think? Is there any legitimate concern about the tactics used by people advocating gay rights, or is it more nonsense?
