How do I place 2 videos side by side so they play at the same time in Windows Movie Maker?

There are 2 videos I’d like to play at the same time, side by side in the same shot.

Can I do this with Windows Movie Maker?

There seems to be a way to do it, but it has some limitations. I’d recommend a much better program for video editing such as VideoLAN
