Does anyone else feel that Time Warner cable is inept?

I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with them and they still couldn’t figure out how to add the sports package to my account. How can tech support not know how to add a digital package to existing service? I wish this was the only issue I had with them! Have you had problems with Time Warner Cable too??

I had tons of problems with Time Warner, so now I have Dish Network – much simpler.

As soon as there was a competing cable company in my area (WOW), I switched and have been very happy ever since. The new (for the last 15 years or so) company understands customer service. Time Warner was the only game in town for so long that they didn’t have to respect customers and it seems to be an inherent element of their corporate climate at this point!
