How do I deal with all these LINKS?

I’m helping my girlfriend decorate her new apartment. We’ve been sharing links to various finds on craigslist, but we’re having a hard time managing everything—the links, our comments on the links, etc.

Has anyone found a simple solution to sharing a link with a person or group and getting quick feedback?

I use gmail and I have set up a series of labels for the multitude of e-mails that I have coming in every day. They are highly customizable.
