Could it be possible for me to fly like an albatross?

Suppose I made wings similar to an albatross’ wings and a body suit the same again to the albatross’ body (all in correct proportions and taking into account my body weight).
Assuming I could flap my arms/wings at the same speed as the albatross does, could I make it to the air?
Do I need a certain velocity?
