Can I transfer Microsoft Office from my external?

My computer crashed but I can still run Microsoft Office from my external harddrive. I’d like to be able to transfer it completely to my computer’s harddrive, but so far I’ve been unsuccessful. It’s a Mac. Thanks!

Office really puts crap all over the place. It can be done manually but it isn’t pretty.

But if you actually did a full clone of your hard drive with something like SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Cloner you should be able to run Migration Assistant (in Applications/Utilities) To move things back over again.
