Does anyone know some good websites for independent/rogue journalism?

I want to do a speech on alternative journalism, however, it is hard to find websites on this topic. I would like to know the definition of rogue journalism and independent journalism. I would also like to know general information about it.

Have a look for work by Chris Atton. He wrote a book called Alternative Journalism. You could also look up work by John Downing, for instance, Radical Media.

You can access both these books through Google Books. Similarly, if you search Google Scholar, you will find papers about this topic. These are much more appropriate texts than most websites.

You could certainly then look for some examples of ‘alternative’ or ‘radical’ publications based on the definitions you find in books such as Atton’s.
