How do you pronounce the name Troighthigh?

The name Troy comes from this name

And it seems that there are different ways it could be pronounced, but what is the correct pronunciation?

I’d pronounce it “Troytha”. Please don’t saddle a child with such a difficult name, though.

It sounds vaguely Gaelic where the gh and th are silent. In which case it would be pronounced ‘Troy’, but don’t spell it that way, please.

Just reading it on sight I pronounced it Trot high. It’s a very odd name, imho
