There’s something called Red Star or something for smart phones. If you scan the bar code of an item, it will tell you where else you can buy it for cheaper.

Yes, but they only carry products from people who pay to be included, so you won’t get a very wide selection.

There’s a great website that aggregates most (all?) of the online shopping sites and it updates real time. It is called Price Watch.

Another vote for Google Shopping. It should give you physical locations as well. When you click on the item, it’ll list online stores.
