Can someone find me/tell me/ or make me a beat?

I would love it if one of you could make/find/tell me about a super good rap beat that’s more in the old-school genre. Not too fast not too slow. Thank you in advance! :)

Your first port of call should be to take the Amen Break slow it down to the 100bpm region, run it through a low pass filter and add a tiny bit of tape distortion and you should be getting into old-skool heaven.
