How could any woman enjoy deep sea fishing with no restroom?

I see and know of women who go deep sea fishing on a smallish boat with no toilet and it baffles me how they can enjoy it. And the men who invite the women to come along don’t even think twice about them. And worse, I went deep sea fishing once and the Captain announced we were not allowed to use the toilet which was insane since I was extremely seasick for hours. I thought I’d die. If you have fished on a boat without a bathroom and are female did you enjoy it or regret it ? What was your experience?
