What's the best way to send faxes from my computer?

I don't have a land line and I want to send and receive a couple of faxes. Any suggestions for services to use? (I'm willing to pay a buck or two per page)

My office uses efax for incoming faxes-- but I know their program works for outgoing. I don't, however, know if it runs on a mac.
