Is it possible to start over?

I ask sappy questions on here but it’s only because I’m trying to get a grasp on my life. I’m moving away to college after I graduate in May. I’ve had good and bad memories in the places I’ve lived and I’m ready to move out of this state and begin anew. How can I ensure moving will help me move on from yesterday’s problems? How do I move on in the first place? How do I find my happy medium and become content with my life once I’ve moved?
