If someone says they are a "CI Bean", what does that mean?

Asked by choreplay (6297points) February 18th, 2012

Question is self explanatory. Well a little more specific, they said they were a Jersey CI Bean.

Resident of Jersey. usu. just “Bean” or “Jersey Bean”

Because they eat so much bean soup.
