Can you help me find a famous fast food resume (details inside)?

On Paul Harvey’s radio show “the rest of the story” There is a story about a famous fast food President’s resume as a teenager. I remember that he stated on job title that he would like to be President of the Company and for alternate job he put Vice President. After 20 years or so he got that job as President of McDonald’s or another fast food restaurant… I would like to find more info maybe the details of the resume or the name of the President… It sounds like an interesting story to me and I would like to know more. Can you Help?
