Best Teeth whiteners on the market that you can buy at the store?

What are good teeth whiteners that work well ? That you can buy at the store, like Target,Walgreens, or CVS ?

OTC teeth whiteners contain only 1 active ingredient, so they are basicly all the same. Just look for the ones with the maximum legal amount of the active ingredient, which I believe is 21%.

I used to use this stuff that you applied with a brush, (like painting it on) and left it for a period of time. I have not seen that sold in a very long time. I would love to find it again.
