A menu button in my Encore CS5 DVD menu is skipped, all others work.

Hi! I built a chapter menu in Encore CS5. It works great, except on a DVD player, one of the buttons gets skipped every time. I have the buttons numbered 1 to 15 manually. Nothing looks different for this one, but it skips it every time. Any idea why?

Don’t get me wrong, but you need to show the actual file so that somebody can figure out what’s wrong with it. :)
