Any recommendations for a free web host?

I am looking to make a website to advertise my dog walking service. I have no html skills. I would also want my own domain name. Any recommendations for cheap and easy-to-use web hosts?

I have heard some good things about GoDaddy It is not free, but it is pretty cheap. I use Fat Cow, which is also fairly inexpensive.

Don’t bother with godaddy and go with x10hosting.com. My website is with that company. I got the same one with heliohost.org, but it’s down, hence the first one.
