Has anybody made their own eyecream and it worked quite well?

I like the idea of cucumber and aloe vera in the first recipe here. You have to be very careful about what you put near your eyes of course. Stick to hypoallergenic ingredients. I used to use an eye cream with cucumber and elastin that was discontinued. It was by St. Ives and it was so inexpensive but good. I have one nearly empty bottle that I treat like gold! Maybe when it runs out i will try this recipe.
