How can I create a PDF with multiple pages from separate ones?

I only have Adobe reader and I can’t find a way to create one multiple page PDF from separate single page PDF files I have. Is there a program I can download that will do this (for free)?

I use PDFSAM (PDF Split and Merge) for Windows every day.

On a Mac, I think Preview splits and merges, too, but I haven’t tried it.

@jaytkay It only lets you merge 2 files then asks you to purchase a license. I have 7 pages saved as separate files I want to merge!!

Maybe you have the enhanced version instead of the basic?
