Can supplements help me lose weight and gain muscle?

I’d like to lose weight and gain some muscle so I wanted to know if a supplement can help.

Maybe. A high protein diet might improve muscle gain if combined with an intensive regular weight training program.

I you are not already aware of it, muscle weighs more than fat. This means that you can actually weigh more while you are losing fat in a weight training program. You will be exchanging lighter but bulkier puffy fat for denser, sleek, toned muscle tissue.

Anyway to help my body develop muscle, immediately after a hard weight workout I drink 70 grams of whey protein and take 2 grams of creatine monohydrate.
