Why are some of my questions not being posted on the website (technical failure?)

In the past month or so I’ve “posted” questions, but after a few hours I’ve gone back to fluther to view them and they aren’t there. I know I’ve finished posting them, however I don’t always go back to the home page to check.

Also, I haven’t received any notifications about Mods temporarily taking them down. Is this a technical complaint you guys have been hearing lately?

Randy doesn’t seem to have any trouble asking questions.

Could you tell us what some of those questions were? I can’t find any indication that anything has gone missing.

well, today for instance, I wrote a question asking what were some cool places to visit while in Ireland. I posted it, but when I came back to see the responses, I couldn’t find it on the list of asked questions for the day.

Have you checked to see if any of your questions have been removed for moderation editing?

@Carly I can’t find any record of that question anywhere. It wasn’t moderated, but it doesn’t appear anywhere on the site. Did you check to see if it was counting against your question quota for the day?

@Carly Every now and again, a question seems to just disappear before it ever posts to the site. Try clearing your cache and restarting your browser, and see if that helps.

I’m not too worried about it too much, but thanks for the feedback. I was just wondering if anyone else was having other issues. If not, then it means its all on me (which is better). thank you :)

Are you by any chance posting these Qs from iPhone and using the Fluther App rather than the browser page?

This is what happened to me when I first started using the Fluther App. from iPhone. It took me a bit to realize this.

The functioning of the Fluther App is seriously crippled (in addition to the already reduced functioning of using the site from iPhone.)

@Buttonstc I agree with you on that, but no, I’ve only been posting my questions via my laptop.
