(NSFW) How do some people deal with disproportionately large body parts?

I saw a woman today that was about 5’10 with a slim body, but she had the largest natural chest I have ever seen in my entire life. She wasn’t even older, she was maybe late 20s or early 30s.

Everyone was staring at her. You had to see these things. She had a shirt on that covered her up to her neck, but they hung down and created a large, protruding and bulbous sack-like apparatus on her chest. You could even clearly see them from her backside because they were so wide and big.

But anyway…..How do people live like that? Do you think she’s maybe saving money for a reduction? What if she doesn’t want a reduction?

Also, I’m not mocking her. I was reluctantly aroused, but something tells me that’s uncomfortable for her.
