Can you think of any way to objectively or physically measure focus?

There is a computer test that helps diagnose ADD. Basically you stare at a blank screen and press the space bar when a preset image appears. There is also a decoy image that appears. The test measures reaction time, and also records mis-hits when you hit the button when you’re not supposed to.
