Can you help me figure out how to fix my hat creases?

#1 http://imgur.com/GTzRE (You can see next to the center logo the crease on the left side)

#2 http://imgur.com/umaF0 (On this there is a crease to the right of the center logo)

So far I’ve tried inserting a cut out of cardboard #3 (http://imgur.com/UFIDe)
