I see people in some cases that are using x.xx domain names for either their websites or for shortened URLs. Like:
d.pr
t.co
f.bk
How do you go about acquiring a domain like this? I understand a popular response would be that these domains are super expensive? Lets pretend money is not an issue – How would one technically go about this?
