What is the name of this movie, which includes a famous black and white shot?

I believe it’s famous for its artistic/aesthetic qualities, is perhaps foreign.

The particular shot (photo) I know of shows a man in a black cape/coat-type thing and his hand is extended. The black clothes extend from his feet up to his hand in a curved shape. He’s on the beach, I believe, or at least on the shore or outside, in nature. The man has a white face, wrinkled, and looks around 50. I believe some of the beauty deals with black and white contrast – it even looks like a horror theme…I don’t think it’s Nosferatu. He sort of looks like a thinner Uncle Fester.

Xie xie :)
