Um, depends on your definition (and therefore, yes, it is possible). But more importantly, why in the name of the FSM does it matter?

Medically no, the hymen is gone

Theoretically yes

Emotionally only she knows for sure

Oh my! Of course she is a virgin! Physically she was molested years ago, but she is a “virgin” in every other sense of the word. Yes, WHY does this even matter? Do you feel a child that is the victim of sexual molestation s somehow ruined due to your culture or belief systems?
It is absurd and obscene to even correlate an act of pedophilia with being a virgin!

That is a question only she can answer.

Not in the classic sense, but it is perfectly reasonable to not make an issue out of it. Here’s hoping that they hanged the guy by his ears.

In the classic and traditional sense, no. But that doesn’t make her lesser or anything. What a terrible thing to happen to her and I hope she can find love and acceptance in her future relationships.

The answer to this question may depend on where you live and what the prevailing religion there says about this. The importance of virginity also varies from culture to culture. An innocent child who is raped should not be blamed in any way for what happened to her. Damaging the hymen may occur in other ways than sexual intercourse. Accidents when riding a bicycle can cause it. Falling onto something can cause it. How strict are the religious rule regarding that? The answer to this question may be more complicated than it would seem to be. You may have to find your own answer,

Certainly in moral terms, yes.
