Given a history of miscarriages, should one have sex during early pregnancy?

I know what all the websites say and that the answer is that it depends – sperm, orgasms and movement is correlated with a possibility for miscarriage if you’ve had miscarriages before…so I need anyone with previous experience and what you decided to do. Thanks.
