How much usage should I get out of an iPhone 4 battery?

Lately, I’ve been having problems with the battery on my iPhone. It would run down at least twice as fast as it should have… You could actively watch the battery drain even if you weren’t doing anything. So I took it in to the Genius Bar. They ran a diagnostic test and found that the battery was fine- it was a software corruption that was the problem. I was told to restore the software and set the phone up as a new device, erasing everything from my phone.

Since doing so, my battery seems to be a bit better, but I’m unsure if it’s still running as it should. Now my phone is at 30% battery, after about four hours of usage, as it says under settings. It’s been so long that I’m not even sure if this is good or not. I’ve tried googling it, but most of the stuff is very vague and I don’t even know what to make of it. What do y’all think?
