It can be yes. Especially if you are still really young and your body is still trying to find it’s hormonal balance. I wouldn’t worry about it. It happens to older women going through menopause too. Hormones shifting again.
If you are concerned see your doctor, but I really wouldn’t worry about it much if it is a very occasional thing.
If you’re young, say under 18, your cycles may not yet be regular. Same if you are approaching menopause, they may stop being regular.
If you are well into your adulthood and have not ever had 2 periods in one month, you might want to get that checked by your gyno. Could be hormonal fluctuations, could be fibroids, even stress or new meds could potentially cause some kind of problem like that.
