Who owns the rights for Sigmund Freud's image ?

I assume you mean Sigmund, not Sigmong. If I’m correct in that assumption, this question was asked before here by zensky. The answer was that Sigmund Freud Copyrights held it until 2010, but it seems it is likely unprotected at this point.
